The total cost of this trip is $300.00. The fee covers transportation, lodging, 3 meals per day, (1) The HBCU Kid shirt, (1) SU Football Ticket. Students will need additional money for souvenirs and other incidentals.
There is a $50 non-refundable deposit fee that is required to reserve your child’s spot. The balance of $250 is due on or before September 20, 2024. There will be no refunds issued four weeks prior to the departure date. Please be advised that If you need to cancel for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit and any money paid toward the trip. The HBCU Kid has agreed to issue a credit in the event cancellation is inevitable.
